Pumpkin Pie

1 kg of peeled pumpkin
4 eggs
25 cl of unsweetened condensed milk
150 g brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 pinches of nutmeg
Preheat oven to 190 ° C

Preparation

Bake the pumpkin or cook it in boiling water and blend it to get a pumpkin puree
Set aside.
In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar

Add the puree and evaporated milk until a homogeneous mixture
