Perfect when you are watching tv alone or with family, this beef enchilada dip recipe is my favorite dip recipe
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ground beef
1 2/3 cups enchilada sauce
1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Sour cream (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Tortilla chips, for serving
Preparation
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium high heat
Brown ground beef in a large skillet (about 3-5 minutes)
Drain excess fat
Add in onion and garlic and cook until tender, about 3 minutes
Stir in enchilada sauce and chiles
Add salt and pepper, to taste
Top with Monterey cheese and Cover and allow cheese to melt, about 4 more minutes.
Top with sour cream and serve with tortilla chips
